Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 11 April 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of the OkZulu deployment you are visiting. By creating an account, browsing listings, RSVP'ing, hosting an event, or paying for a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Using The Service
You must use OkZulu lawfully and must not use the service to commit fraud, abuse payment systems, scrape protected data, disrupt events, or interfere with platform operations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including profile details, event details, pricing, availability, and payout information.
Operators may suspend or restrict access where needed to address abuse, security risks, payment issues, or legal requirements.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
If external login providers are enabled, your access may also depend on the availability and rules of those providers.
Operators may require verification, password resets, or additional checks where account integrity is in question.
Hosts, Listings, And Tickets
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that event descriptions, timings, locations, seating plans, and ticket terms are accurate.
Hosts are also responsible for complying with local law, tax rules, licensing requirements, refund obligations, accessibility obligations, and venue requirements.
An event listing on OkZulu does not guarantee legality, quality, safety, or availability beyond what the host provides.
Payments, Refunds, And Payouts
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their availability, settlement timing, fees, and dispute processes are outside OkZulu's direct control.
Refund rules may depend on host policy, provider capabilities, regulatory requirements, and the specific event circumstances.
Hosts are responsible for keeping payout details current and for resolving disputes related to their events unless the deployment operator states otherwise.
Availability And Liability
OkZulu is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product evolves or when providers change their APIs or policies.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes To These Terms
Operators may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the service and contact the deployment operator about account closure where applicable.
